Biography.
An engaged scholar. A movement artist.
I am an Assistant Professor of French and Francophone studies at the Ohio State University-Newark, affiliated with the department of Dance. I explore how dance, medicine, and politics intertwine.
Outside of the classroom, my passion is the dance company I founded in 2018, On Board(hers), which offers dance workshops and performance opportunities to immigrant populations. Based on their experiences and testimonies, we create collective choreographies to amplify their voice and stories. On Board(hers) now welcomes participants in France, Germany, Mexico and the US.
